Pilates Teacher Training Program
350-hour Comprehensive Mat + Reformer Teacher Training. Science-backed. Mentorship-driven. Rooted in anatomy, breathwork, and real-world application.
The Program
Comprehensive Contemporary Pilates Training with a Classical Foundation
At the reform method, we believe exceptional instructors should understand not only how to teach movement, but why movement matters.
This is a mentorship-driven, evidence-based education designed to graduate instructors who teach with precision, adaptability, and a deep understanding of anatomy and movement mechanics, preparing them for today's evolving wellness industry.
Rooted in classical Pilates principles and informed by contemporary movement science, our 350-hour Comprehensive Mat + Reformer Teacher Training blends functional anatomy, biomechanics, injury prevention, breathwork, nervous system regulation, and real-world teaching experience into one cohesive educational program.
The Approach
A Science-Backed Approach to Pilates Education
Unlike traditional Pilates trainings that focus primarily on repertoire, the reform method instructor training emphasizes functional anatomy, injury prevention, breath mechanics, effective cueing, and real-world teaching application.
Students learn to assess movement, adapt exercises safely, and create intentional programming for a variety of bodies and goals. Blending classical Pilates principles with contemporary movement science, our program prepares instructors to teach with confidence, precision, and adaptability.

Prerequisites
What you need
to get started
We want you to step into this learning journey with confidence, enthusiasm, and curiosity.
You do not need years of Pilates experience to begin. We do recommend completing at least 10 Pilates classes or private sessions prior to the start of training — enough to understand how Pilates feels in your own body.
The most impactful instructors are often those who have personally experienced the power of movement themselves.
"If you are passionate about helping others improve their mobility, strength, confidence, and overall well-being — you are in the right place. We provide the education, mentorship, and support. You bring the dedication."
— Dr. Meg Moore, Founder
