Dr. Meg Moore, DPT, PCES
founder of the reform method
Meg, a lifelong athlete, began her career with adidas and Gatorade, working closely with collegiate athletes and rehab specialists. Her passion led her to earn a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. A Certified Pilates Instructor (PMA) and Pregnancy & Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES), she specializes in perinatal care, integrating Pilates into her practice for injury prevention. A mom of three in Evanston, Meg is an avid distance runner, cyclist, and country music fan—expect a tune or two in her Pilates classes!

Dr. Shannon Zernitz, DPT
With 12 years of experience in orthopedic rehab and sports medicine, Shannon specializes in treating joint pain, post-op ACL recovery, joint replacements, and complex shoulder conditions. Certified in the Graston Technique and Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) Training, she takes a hands-on, personalized approach to care with a focus on helping patients regain strength and stay active. A coffee and cookie enthusiast, outdoor runner, and gardener, Shannon loves good music, homemade meals, and time with family.

Dr. Victoria Karuthalackal, DPT
Victoria is passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, and build confidence in their bodies. A Doctor of Physical Therapy from Northwestern University with a background in exercise science and a 500-hour comprehensive Pilates certification, she blends traditional rehab with mindful movement strategies and Pilates-based principles to improve mobility, stability, and injury prevention. A Chicago native, she loves exploring the city with her husband, staying active, and trying new recipes—so feel free to share your favorites!

With 22 years of clinical experience, Adele specializes in musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions while also treating vestibular issues. Certified in Dry Needling, she integrates this modality into patient care at Reform and is excited to incorporate Pilates philosophy into her practice. A wife, mom of three, hiking enthusiast, book lover, and science nerd, Adele brings passion and expertise to her work—making her one of the best Physical Therapists around!

Dr. Danielle McKenna, DPT
Danielle earned her Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from the University of Iowa and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Rosalind Franklin University in 2011. With 10 years of outpatient experience, she specializes in vestibular conditions, balance, orthopedic, and sports injuries. She takes a creative approach to rehabilitation, tailoring treatment plans to each patient’s needs and goals. Living in Glenview with her husband and three young children, Danielle stays active with her family and loves exercising with friends, skiing, and spending time outdoors.

Dr. Jen earned her Master’s and Doctor of Physical Therapy degrees from Northwestern University in 2002. She specializes in orthopedics, sports injuries, and balance impairments, with the past 10 years focused on helping the aging population improve posture, strength, and flexibility for a pain-free, active lifestyle. Her comprehensive approach combines manual therapy, exercise, and education to achieve patient-centered goals. When not with her two teenagers, Jen enjoys running, traveling, and baking. She is thrilled to join the incredible team at Reform!

Erin, a Doctor of Physical Therapy with 20 years of experience, has treated musculoskeletal conditions across acute care, inpatient rehab, and outpatient settings. Passionate about Women’s Health, she specializes in pre/postnatal care, pelvic pain, urinary incontinence, and oncology. Living in Glenview with her husband and two teenage daughters, she stays busy cheering on their sports activities, exercising, and spending time with loved ones. A dedicated Reform client herself, Erin is excited to integrate Pilates principles into her treatment approach!

Dr. Rachel is a licensed physical therapist specializing in orthopedic care with a growing focus in women’s and pelvic health. She earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy and Bachelor’s in Biomedical Sciences from Marquette University. With a background in athletics, yoga, and Pilates, Rachel combines evidence-based rehabilitation with intentional, whole-body movement to help clients recover from injury, build resilience, and return to the activities they love with confidence.

Dr. Colleen is a physical therapist specializing in orthopedic rehabilitation and women’s health, with over 10 years of clinical experience. She earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Northwestern University and has advanced expertise in perinatal and postpartum care, helping women navigate pregnancy, recovery, and return to activity with confidence. Colleen also works with patients managing osteoporosis and low bone density, using targeted exercise and balance training to support long-term strength and health.

Dr. Kelly Roszczybuik, DPT is a sports medicine physical therapist with nearly 13 years of experience helping individuals return to the activities they love. She takes a hands-on, highly individualized approach to care, combining advanced manual therapy and dry needling to address the root cause of pain and dysfunction.
Her treatment philosophy emphasizes movement quality, strength, and control, often integrating Pilates-based principles to support efficient movement, injury prevention, and long-term resilience. Outside the clinic, she lives in Wilmette with her husband, two daughters, and their dog.

Molly Montes
As the Director of Teacher Training and Co-Founder of the reform method Teacher Training Program, Molly combines her deep passion for movement, education, and instructor development to train the next generation of Pilates professionals. A lifelong dancer and Pilates enthusiast, Molly discovered Pilates in high school and later pursued a 500-hour Comprehensive Teacher Training certification through Club Pilates.
With a Master’s in Elementary Education from Northwestern University (2012), Molly brings a strong background in curriculum design and instructional methodology, allowing her to break down complex movement concepts into accessible, effective teaching strategies. She is dedicated to helping clients and trainees improve flexibility, mobility, and strength, ensuring they move with both precision and confidence.
Beyond Pilates, Molly stays active chasing after her two young boys, Parker and Matthew, and enjoys playing paddle, reading, and traveling. Her commitment to both movement and education makes her an invaluable leader in Pilates instruction, and she is excited to share her knowledge, experience, and passion for teaching with aspiring instructors.

Rebecca Guryan
With over a decade of experience in Pilates instruction and human movement, Rebecca Guryan is a highly respected Senior Pilates Instructor and movement educator specializing in progressive movement programming, biomechanics, and injury prevention. Her expertise lies in helping clients of all backgrounds build strength, improve mobility, and enhance overall movement quality through precision-based training.
Rebecca’s deep understanding of functional movement, postural alignment, and exercise adaptation comes from years of hands-on teaching and advanced education in Pilates, strength training, and corrective exercise strategies. A comprehensive Balanced Body-certified instructor, she has worked extensively with clients ranging from athletes looking to optimize performance to individuals recovering from injury. Her ability to tailor movement to each person’s needs makes her an invaluable resource for both clients and aspiring instructors.
As a Contributing Editor to the reform method Instructor Training Program, Rebecca plays a key role in shaping the curriculum, ensuring it reflects the latest research in movement science and practical application. She is dedicated to equipping future instructors with the knowledge, confidence, and teaching expertise to guide clients safely and effectively.
Her passion for movement extends beyond the studio, as she continually seeks to expand her knowledge and refine her teaching methodologies to help clients and instructors alike achieve better movement, greater strength, and long-term success.

Sam Bartlett
With a strong background in strength and conditioning, high-intensity training, and movement efficiency, Sam Bartlett is a dedicated Certified Pilates Instructor, Strength + Conditioning Coach, and Group Fitness Trainer. From a young age, she used sports and fitness as a way to build resilience, relieve stress, and push her physical limits, fueling her lifelong passion for movement.
A longtime enthusiast of HIIT, running, and functional training, Sam discovered Reformer Pilates when she hit a performance plateau—and was instantly hooked. She recognized how Pilates complemented strength training by improving balance, mobility, and core control, leading her to pursue her comprehensive certification in Pilates instruction. Her unique ability to blend strength training principles with Pilates methodology allows her to create dynamic, well-rounded movement programs that challenge clients while promoting longevity and injury prevention.
Sam is also a Certified Yoga and Group Fitness Instructor (NETA), specializing in HIIT, strength training, and endurance-based programming. As a Contributing Editor to the reform method Instructor Training Program, she plays a key role in integrating principles of strength training, athletic performance, and functional movement into the Pilates curriculum, ensuring instructors gain a comprehensive understanding of movement mechanics and performance enhancement.
Now based in Glenview, Sam brings her diverse fitness background and movement expertise to the reform method community, helping clients unlock their full potential through a balanced and intentional approach to fitness.

Mary Martin
Mary has been a dancer her entire life, and her deep understanding of movement, grace, and strength naturally led her to barre—a perfect fusion of ballet, yoga, and Pilates. She began teaching in 2011, bringing her keen eye for technique and her passion for empowering others to every class.
As she continued her Pilates training, Mary fell in love with the precision and challenge of reformer Pilates, earning her certification at Energie Pilates in 2017. With a strong foundation in both barre and Pilates, she excels at creating dynamic, engaging workouts that build strength, flexibility, and body awareness. Her ability to break down movement with clarity and encouragement makes her a standout instructor, helping clients of all levels move with confidence and control.
Mary is excited to bring her expertise and enthusiasm to the reform community, where she hopes to inspire clients to discover their own strength and potential. When she’s not teaching, she loves to travel and spend time with her husband and two children, Grace (10) and Gage (8).

Bri Swan
Bri has always been passionate about fitness and wellness, exploring just about every workout out there. While she dabbled in Pilates over the years, it wasn’t until after having kids that she truly fell in love with it.
After a successful career in Public Relations, Bri decided to follow her passion for movement and dive into the wellness world. She completed her Pilates certification through The Lab. Her teaching style blends the precision of classical Pilates with the creativity of contemporary movement—expect dynamic, challenging, + energizing flows that leave you feeling empowered.
Based in Wilmette, Bri lives with her husband and two young kids. When she’s not teaching or spending time with family and friends, you’ll find her on long walks or catching up on all things reality TV. -
Lina Nicklin
Lina has been part of the TRM community since the day we opened our doors in 2023. What started as a dedicated client relationship evolved over time as she trained with us behind the scenes + refined her teaching within TRM. After a long time in the making, she’s officially an instructor, primarily at our Evanston studio.
Originally from Tinley Park and now based in Wilmette, Lina brings a strong foundation in anatomy + movement. She holds degrees from Purdue University in Biomechanics and Movement & Sport Science, where she also taught group fitness, and later earned her Nursing degree from Loyola University Chicago. She completed her in-person comprehensive Pilates training at The Lab in Chicago and is working towards her full certification.
A lifelong mover and mom of three in Wilmette, Lina also has a special interest in athletic performance and injury prevention. She blends science with flow, challenge with safety, and strength that protects and lasts.
Don’t be surprised if you see Lina taking class alongside you—she’s deeply committed to her own practice and loves training right alongside our TRM community. -
Piya Singburaudom
Piya strives to provide solutions to assist in movement after being diagnosed with scoliosis at an early age. She first discovered her passion for movement in 2010, after engaging in yoga + mat pilates based exercises, she fell in love with the mind-body connection. She expanded her self practice to include reformer Pilates in 2013 quickly realizing that it most certainly helped her lengthen + strengthen. In addition, reformer Pilates eased her pain tremendously + improved her muscle tone.
After years of form-focused, intentional practice, she knew Pilates would be her career path forward.
In 2023 Piya became a Certified Pilates Instructor after completing a comprehensive 500+ hour training program. Piya’s classes offer a creative flow with a focus on challenge, balance + coordination. Piya feels she teaches from the heart + looks forward to sharing the power of what she feels is truly a holistic practice with all of reform clients! -
Natalia Mata
Originally from Brazil, Natalia is a highly skilled Physical Therapist and Nationally Certified Pilates Instructor with a deep passion for functional movement, rehabilitation, and the mind-body connection. She brings years of clinical expertise to her Pilates instruction, seamlessly integrating physical therapy principles with Pilates methodology to help clients move more efficiently, prevent injuries, and restore strength.
Before moving to Chicago’s North Shore in 2018, Natalia owned and operated a successful Physical Therapy and Pilates studio in Brazil, where she specialized in bridging the gap between rehabilitation and movement training. Her approach emphasizes that all bodies—regardless of age, ability, or injury history—can benefit from controlled, intentional movement when guided with expertise.
With a strong foundation in biomechanics, postural alignment, and injury prevention, Natalia tailors movement programs that empower clients to build strength, mobility, and confidence in their bodies. When she’s not practicing or teaching Pilates, she enjoys spending time with her family and her 3-year-old daughter, embracing an active and balanced lifestyle.

Kelly Duff
With a background in psychology and education, Kelly has always been drawn to understanding people + fostering growth. After earning her B.S. in Psychology from the University of Illinois and an MEd from DePaul University, she spent time teaching preschool before deciding to stay home full-time with her two boys.
Her passion for fitness + movement was a constant in her life, leading her to pursue a certification in Lagree fitness, where she taught in Highland Park for five years. During the Covid pandemic, she deepened her knowledge by training in Classical Pilates, a method she has been dedicated to teaching ever since.
Kelly’s favorite part of teaching? The relationships. She loves connecting with her clients, helping them move better, and being part of a supportive community.
Outside of the studio, you can find her watching sports with her family, walking her two dogs, reading, or traveling to warm destinations. -
Kasha Kora
Kasha discovered Pilates early on as a dancer and athlete, using it as a key tool for cross-training and injury prevention. As she transitioned away from professional dance, her passion for the method deepened—leading her to complete a recognized + accredited Comprehensive Teacher Training Program.
In 2024, Kasha earned her Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher (NCPT) designation—one of the highest and most respected credentials in the industry. This nationally recognized certification reflects her deep knowledge, precision, and commitment to excellence in the Pilates profession.
She credits Pilates as the reason she remained injury-free throughout her athletic journey, and now brings that same intention to her clients—helping them move smarter, feel stronger, and prevent injury through expert, informed instruction. -
Heather Silver
Heather brings a unique blend of clinical knowledge and movement experience to the reform method. A former competitive dancer of 14 years and an ER nurse, she is also certified in barre and holds her 200-hour yoga certification (RYT-200).
Heather recently completed her in-person hours through the reform method teacher training program and is actively working toward full certification. Her classes reflect a thoughtful, intentional approach —> side note she’s hilarious to expect to laugh ;)
Heather lives in Wilmette with her husband, two boys, and two (mostly well-behaved) dogs, and has always been passionate about the connection between movement, health, and strength. -
Julie Zare
With a background as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor, Julie brings a functional movement and strength-driven approach to her teaching. Her sessions meet clients where they are, pairing custom fitness plans in a motivating and supporting environment.
Julie is thrilled to bring her energy and expertise to The Reform Method community, where she is excited to help individuals reach their personal best as well as feel powerful and strong in their everyday lives.
A proud Evanston resident and mom of two, Julie understands the challenge of balancing a busy life with personal wellness goals. Her experience isn't limited to the studio; her previous career revolved around marketing and social media, and she still enjoys taking on new projects alongside her training schedule.

Adylein Hunt
Originally from Tifton, Georgia, Adylein brings a grounded Southern warmth and an adventurous spirit to every class she teaches. A lifelong mover, she grew up in gymnastics + competitive cheerleading, developing an early love for discipline, strength, + body awareness.
She discovered Mat Pilates in 2021 as a way to calm her nervous system and support her mental wellbeing.
Since then, Adylein has taught throughout Nashville and New York, studying under a range of yoga and Pilates instructors to refine her craft. She holds certifications in Reformer Pilates, HIIT, + Hot Power Yoga, bringing an energetic yet restorative balance to her teaching style.
She teaches to help others feel their best — physically + mentally — fostering strength, confidence, and longevity through mindful movement. -
Kate Logan
Kate grew up a competitive swimmer and lifelong runner, always drawn to the discipline and power of movement. After a running injury in 2012, she discovered Pilates. The combination of Pilates and physical therapy helped her recover and gave her a new framework for strength, balance, and injury prevention.
Kate received her comprehensive Pilates certification through Balanced Body and brings a deep understanding of mind-body movement to every session she teaches. Whether supporting postpartum recovery, supplementing athletic performance, or building everyday resilience, she believes in Pilates as a lifelong tool for strength, flexibility, and functional movement.
She’s also an integral part of the reform method community—first as a client, and now as a skilled, experienced, and deeply thoughtful instructor. Her approachable style and lived experience through three pregnancies and a full life raising her daughters (ages 9, 7, and 5) make her especially relatable to clients in all seasons of life.
Kate lives in Kenilworth with her husband and three girls. Outside the studio, you’ll find her cross-country skiing, running local trails, or chasing her kids around the neighborhood. She’s a true example of how consistent, intentional movement can transform your life. -
Kate Aliaga
Kate is a passionate advocate for women’s health, wellness, fitness, and nutrition with over 14 years of experience in healthcare. After completing her undergraduate studies at UW–Madison, Kate earned her Master’s degree in nursing from Rush University, where she discovered her deep-rooted love for women’s health. She began her career as a labor and delivery nurse and went on to serve as a Clinical Nurse Educator, guiding both patients and fellow clinicians with compassion and expertise.
Movement has always been a grounding force in Kate’s life—especially Pilates, yoga, and dance. The core principles of Pilates—stabilization, breathwork, and the mind-body connection—helped her stay physically and mentally strong through two successful IVF pregnancies.Kate discovered the reform method through friends in the community, and immediately felt aligned with its mission and the studio’s science-backed approach to movement. Enrolling in the 350-hour teacher training program felt like the perfect next step—merging her clinical background with her passion for helping others feel strong, resilient, and connected in their bodies.
Kate lives in Winnetka with her husband, 7-year-old daughter, and 4-year-old son. When she’s not teaching, Kate can be found cooking, traveling, or dancing around the kitchen with her family.

Lily McCartney
Lily is a Polestar-certified Comprehensive Pilates Instructor and Evanston native who believes movement should feel both welcoming and empowering for every body. Her training is rooted in the Polestar method—an internationally respected system grounded in rehabilitation science and movement education—shared by several instructors at The Reform Method, including Meg, Molly, and Rebecca.
Lily holds a degree in Sociology from Lewis & Clark College, where her interest in people, health, and community first began to shape her approach to movement. After moving back to Chicago post-graduation, she discovered Pilates and quickly recognized its powerful ability to build strength, mobility, and body awareness. That experience ultimately inspired her to pursue Pilates professionally so she could help others feel stronger, more capable, and more at home in their bodies.
In her sessions, Lily blends thoughtful cueing with a supportive, encouraging teaching style that helps clients move with confidence and intention.
When she’s not in the studio, Lily enjoys reading, crafting, spending time along the lakefront, and hanging out with her two cats.

Katherine Herbison
Katherine is the dynamic administrative point of contact at the reform method, bringing a wealth of expertise from her extensive background in management, customer service and sales. .Katherine has developed strong communication and problem-solving skills while managing client relationships. At TRM, she applies these skills to improve operations, support the team, and provide a welcoming, professional experience for every client. Her dedication and warm demeanor make her a trusted resource for clients on their wellness journey.
